"Hey, do you want to defend or attack?" Erix asked, causing the dark elf to snap out of his despaired daze.

"Y-you…Let me go, and I'll do whatever you say."

"Alright," Erix nodded with a smile. "You are free to go combating against me for a total of one minute."

"Nice idea," Rin chuckled as she flew towards the hunter she killed and picked up his Hunter card. 'He should have a good loot.'

"Alright," the dark elf nodded with resolve as several crystal cubes conjured around him while a bow appeared in his hand.

The cubes released lasers toward Erix, whose spirit sense immediately allowed him to react despite his lower stats and created wormholes…with a Nihilir Wisp in each of them.

The lasers entered inside the wormhole before immediately becoming stationary inside the parallel space. Space Limbo!

Meanwhile, Erix had already thrown a punch as his right arm was already ready.

The vigor forces turned chaotic as he channeled it throughout his body before gushing towards his arm and exerting his physical strength before throwing the punch imposed by the chaotic concept!

The dark elf's face turned ashen as his cubes shone and immediately coated his body with thin-layered coatings before the dark purple punch projectile whirling chaotically with dark orange and silver energy inside came out of a wormhole behind him and struck him!

A groan left his mouth along with blood as the layered defenses covering him shattered except for the last one, but the chaotic impact still passed through it and damaged him.

After shooting a couple of kilometers while crashing, he finally stopped and spewed out blood.

'This damn element! Death, Flame, and Space mixed up is fucking cheating!'

The dark elf's bloodshot eyes saw Erix two kilometers away, floating and looking at him with a smile before he saw the lasers he sent towards Erix breaking down into Space Limbo.

'Chaos…haha, it's awesome,' Erix spent some Spirit force and caused the lasers' energies to turn chaotic before mixing his own 500 points of Nihilir essence by consuming 500 Mana.

An amalgamatic orb formed with dark purple outer layers but colorful, chaotic energies whirling inside, Erix took control after imposing his Chaos concept and containing it within his Nihilir essence!

He sent the orb towards the dark elf, who didn't take any chances and immediately vanished from the spot by exerting his highest physical and magical power as a pair of wings conjured and flapped behind him instantly.

His speed was clearly faster than Erix's, but Erix was not moving or competing with him in raw speed.

"That coating defense was a nice idea to defend against my attacks," Erix laughed before he blinked away from his spot, narrowly dodging an array of arrows that shot in his direction, scraping walls of the mountain after missing him as the huge chunks of rocks fell on the river.

The dark elf cursed, but he didn't want to give up.

Erix readied his death zone as wormholes littered the sky a kilometer above and started shooting his punches, all with chaos concept applied them using at least 50 Vigor force.

'Let's properly use him,' Erix internally thought with excitement, fully intending to use this Royal-order to create a technique he had envisioned.

Rin and Erix only had one goal.

To create an absolutely powerful technique with their strongest power. A technique capable of one-shotting unsuspecting Royal-order hunters.

While Erix was going all out, combating the desperate dark elf, who also showed a tough stance and managed to injure Erix slightly.

'Wow, honey. Your defense has gone up,' Rin's eyes shone.

'Haha, yeah. This new metal is awesome.'

One minute passed, and the dark elf automatically stopped, quickly shouting as he raised his arms, "Time up! Time up!"

"Let me go, please!"

"There's a catch," Erix chuckled in response.

"What?" the dark elf nervously asked.

"What valuable things do you have in your hunter card?" Erix asked with a smile.

Rin crackled her dark red lightning, pointing her katana at the man, "If you will speak the truth, we won't have to confirm it after killing you."

"I…I have one Tier-6 item, but it's one-time use," the dark elf knelt and said, "I need this item because it can cure a high level of poisons. Aside from this, I only have seven low-grade Prana stones."

"I was doing this last job to earn some money before returning…" The dark elf man shed tears as he smacked his head on the ground. "Please let me go. I will remember this favor."

"Give me those Prana stones, and you can leave," Erix said with a grin, "but when you return, go back to the treehouse and tell others that you killed one and managed to get your life."

Erix turned his head to the right, looking at Lilith's shadow eye bird.

The bird nodded as Lilith heard him.

"Haha, good idea," Rin snickered.

"Understood," the dark elf quickly took out Prana stones as they floated towards Erix.

After the dark elf left, Rin and Erix didn't waste any time and started improving themselves.

All they wanted was to create just one skill technique, and they only focused on it.

Lilith's pills were helping them a lot.

After an hour, Lilith saw that Rin and Erix were ready after they improved again and sent two more Royal-order hunters.

She sent them according to their powers while also giving the duo the tough challenge they sought.

Rin and Erix fought against them for several minutes and even injured themselves in the process since fighting inside their domains was tough.

Rin fought her battle at a certain distance away from Erix so that his source wouldn't actively absorb death power from the dead Royal-order she killed.

On the other hand, Erix once again spared his enemy after completely looting him.

He didn't want to add more death power to his source, especially death power produced by a Royal-order being's death.

The shades were already dead, so they dispersed, but killing a living would produce death power he didn't want.
